sigh....sorry for wasting your time. Ever have "one of those days"? I figured it out. While in Fusion I saw in Control Panel - Network - Local Area connection...didn't even look into that because in a Windows environment that's dedicated for direct LAN connection via ethernet. Well sure enough, when I enabled it I was online via Fusion at 1.0 Gigabit (false reading of course but still cool to see it show up).

OK now I'm done...time to go home!
