I have been selling and programming the SL for about 3 weeks now as well as being an RTI, Pronto and URC MX dealer. So my experience, in short, is as follows.
NSL has tilt activated backlight as well as a button on the side that can turn the backlight on AND off.
Many complain that the rechargable battery doesnt last too long, but I haven't had problems (then again, my customers, thus far, keep it in the cradle daily).
I posted some issues (that aren't too bad) in another thread a few minutes ago, subject: ..Macros Slow...? The thing I hate most is that NevoLink does not work to relay IR in a standalone situation, You have to have a wireless router CLOSE by, too.
The design and potential is the thing that has drawn me and kept me thus far.
