I can register with my wife's laptop (CAT5-connected to home network same way as I am) but not with mine. Have uninstalled and reinstalled per Nevo tech support, have made sure firewalls are off per Nevo tech support, still no joy.
Love the software, though! Light-years ahead of Pronto, much better than RTI IMO...
