As far as I know, the Zwave system should work in Europe. There is a specific frequency you can choose within NevoStudioPro for Europe which is 868.42 Mhz, which works between the NevoQ50 and the new NevoConnect extender.
The NevoQ50 will not work with other native Zwave devices (lighting, etc) at this time. Possibly in the near future with a firmware update.
