I recently found a Nevo remote in my father's home. (He
got the RTI T2-C remote) so he gave it to me. I got it
home, and I can't figure out how to program it. He told
me that I needed the software except that he doesn't have
it. His company wants a lot of money in order to reprogram
the remote...so....
Will anyone sell me the software, or does anyone know
where I can get it?

Where did your Dad get it? You need to speak to a dealer. There are many out there depending on where you live.
