Hi,

I had the same issues with the media zones. Maybe you'll
have to check if your devices are working with the Nevo
at all. For example, I use Twonykedia as a server and
it only works with one version. With all the other versions
- even newer ones - the Nevo cannot play back the media..

I contacted support because I also had problems with the
Nevo not connecting right to my wireless network and they
told me that I should set up the network as unprotected
network and hide the SSID as it takes quite a long time
for the Nevo to connect to protected ones. They also advised
me to use a dedicated router just for the Nevo because
the network is used quite a lot. I tried it that way and
it does work fine now!
