Well, there is a way you could mimick this effect, but
it would be a very tedious process.
I guess you could design a bunch of pages that look almost
like each other except that a different button is "highlighted"
per page. You could link a "Next page" action to the
up and down arrows and have the OK button execute the
command of the button that's highlighted on the screen.
Then with each page, you'd have to have the OK button
execute a different command. I hope this makes sense.
