Hello again! I'm attempting to save a client from the disastrous install that another local AV company did for him about a year ago. It amazes me what some companies call a job "complete and professional".
The Customer was sold a Nevo Q50, and the self-admitted first time programmer who worked on the remote did an absolutley horrible job. No 'system off' buttons, bad commands, missing commands, combination IR/RF macros (and didn't tell the client he needed to point the remote at TV), non-discreete power toggles for the Sony TV, the list goes on.
I've programmed many an RTI, but do not carry NEVO. Can anyone help me out, either with software (I know, I know!), or via sub-contracted programming? I think we'll start from scratch on this one, as the original file is with the previous (fired) AV company.
Also posted in Nevo forum - and thanks in advance! I'll post pics of the rack disaster either here or in "What did you do today" forum soon.
