while it doesnt work with fusion, fusion can read the boot camp partition which will allow you to do your programming while in Mac OS, then just open to boot camp when you actually need to download the configuration. this is how i have just set up my new MacBook pro and it works perfectly, you can also install programs while in say boot camp and it will work properly when using windows under fusion.
