There's no question this is not for the tinkerers among us. I used to be one, but I'm way too busy now. I think the RC9800i's the one for me... I'll see once I try it out! I hope it's good, because I think I'm gonna buy it for my brother-in-law too for his birthday. (Last universal remote I got him never got used because it was so hard to set up! Good reviews here, too, but hard to program.)
