Yes,yesterday I had Philips support on the line but they were not any help. Their first suggestion on the following problem was to insert the code via PC.........
I have a Dreambox multimedia DM7020 with aa harddisk, in the RC9800I the manufacture is showing,but when you try to add it it ,it says that it havent any codes for this manufacture (I both try to add it with and with out the product code). How come Dream multimedia is showing if it hasent any codes for it in the database.......
