I have just received my RC9800i but I am having an issue with installing the software on my XP PC. When it starts to install it comes up with an error msg: AN error occurred: java.io.IOException: The system cannot find the path specified Error Log: If I install on my other XP PC it works fine. I cannot find anything on the web to help... any ideas?
