Davidsed is exactly correct on how to set up the adapter under "Listen". The problem you are having is most likely a Windows Firewall issue. Not an aftermarket firewall, but the one Windows uses. I struggled with this for a week. Turned off the Windows firewall, and it showed up. I use Norton firewall, and there is no problem.
