I have a new RC9800i that reboots when I press the left arrow on the touch screen, then hang on the Philips startup screen (the one with the circling arrow). I can clear it by powering off then on, but I have to do that many times before I get past the startup screen. Once I get the unit to boot up I can use it for a bit before it reboots itself again.

I have made sure it is fully charged, reloaded the firmware, and totally wiped the configuration and started the setup over. The reboot still happens.

Anyone else have this problem?
