How is the 9800i not customizable? Don't Pronto's all have some sort of ProntoEdit or similar software for 100% control over the menus/macros/etc?
Or is this model a bit 'cheaper' than previous editions?
I have the old TSU3500/RU960 and greyscale is wearing a little thin now :) But it's ability to design the menus and macros is second to none...
