Hi everyone.

I am considering this remote to control my equipment.

I have

Yamaha DSP A1 Amplifier
Sony KDL32V2000 TV
Sony DVPNS76H
Topfield TF5000PVRT (MP)
Yamaha TX480 Tuner
Xbox 360

We have various Loewe TVs and topfield STB's in other rooms.

I am in australia and usually we have more European models or very close.

I will probably buy a US version and upgrade the firmware.

Can someone tell me how often have philips upgrade the firmware and the codes Database or doesnt this really matter.


I just want to simpy the whole remote thing and can't really justify a pronto.

Will I have any problems on the power supply etc?


Any opinions would be gratefull as I am down to either this or a harmony 880
