.....................if you have any visions of a
Pronto like macro dimming your lights as it turns
on all the gear and gets a movie going, forget
about it.

Hello,

I just received my RC9800i and I actually found a work around for this issue. I simply wanted to have my home theater lights dim when I launch an activitiy and come back up when powering the system down.

Although currently "Light Controller" is not an option on the remote as a new device, I selected "Home Theater System" as a device. By usuing my original Lutron light controller remote, I learned the power button on this new device and then included it as one of the devices used in "Watch a DVD" and "Watch TV" activities.

In doing so, the lights dim and come back up as I wanted them to.

Hope this helps!
