Hmm. I think the answer to the first 2 is "no", but I can't be sure since I never tried it. But my recollection is you can use multiple remotes with multiple PCs (or even multiple remotes on a single PC) but there's no way to specifically direct commands from one remote to one application; at least not without some third-party software I'm not familiar with.
