I don't know if this will help anyone or not. But I had a problem with my MX350 lowering and raising my Draper Solara movie screen. It seemed that the pulse from the remote was too short to activate the relay in the screen. The relay would click but seldom start the motor. I used a rapid two or three tap of the screen remote when I had the MX350 in the learning mode. For some reason this seemed to lenghten the time of the initial signal to the screen and it works fine now. Hope this helps.
