Before I drop a few hundred bucks on a new remote control, I'd like to ask people who have the 3000 already: what *don't* you like about it? The major problems I've seen reported here is that it's slow to send IR codes (does the firmware update fix that for anyone?) and that the PC software doesn't allow us to edit the leftmost and rightmost of the four hard buttons under the screen. Any other annoyances or problems people are running into? For reference, I have an original Pronto and am happy with it except for the lack of cursor-control hard buttons.
