I've programmed a "Watch New DVD" button that
turns it on, sets up the video, and opens the
door ready for EZ Play. But I can't for the life
of me get it to turn on and go to Folder view.
Nope, can't get around that. Ideally, I'd like it to always start in the folder menu. I originally programmed the 3000 to wait 10 seconds, then push the folder button. What sucked about that was the remote was not usable for those 10 seconds and sometimes it might take longer. Oh well.
But I am excited about programming the list of DVDs onto the 3000 instead of dealing with that terrible Sony interface.
I'll be uploading my .pcf file soon, so keep an eye out for it.
