Maybe these things can be done with another program, but I don't want to learn another program just to get a print-out of my PENG design properties. It's a very reasonable thing to ask of the PENG user interface. Just give me a Print... menu item in PENG with a couple of simple configuration options in the Print dialog box. Then have it maintained and updated by the same people who are handling the rest of PENG.
