I just tried to convert a ccf I did for a client and when I tried to download it the 3000 would reboot and then display "ERROR INVALID FILE`CONVERSION

Any help would be appreciated. I can't figure out what PENG doesn't like about the file. The remote has been updated with the latest firmware.
