I just received my new pronto tsu3000 today...and am sooooo lost. I feel I have wasted $300!!! I am totally computer literate and not technologically challenged, but trying to make any sense of this thing has been a waste of 5 hrs for me. I d/l' ed many config files from here.....but still cant seem to do anything but the basic, individual remote functions. I have read everything I could get my hands on , but apparently not the right stuff..... any suggestions other than "send it back"?
