I would like my Denon 3802 to always default to Dolby not DTS for watching movies. I would then have the option to set DTS. The reason for this is that when the recever turns on and defaults to DTS format no sound comes out. This requires the wife to call me and fix it.
I am trying to set the reciever to "Auto" and let it default to the correct format, but have not had any success.
Is there some way for a macro to tell the Denon to set Dolby/PLII when I want to watch movies?
