Some Pronto TSU3000 owners may experience difficulties connecting to their remote control in ProntoEdit NG. Many of these issues can be traced back to running Microsoft Windows 98 First Edition, which only supports USB 1.0, while the TSU3000 requires at least USB 1.1 to function. Windows 98 Second Edition or later is required for full USB 1.1 compatibility.
