1) When I receive my TSU7000 how can I check what
version of firmware is loaded ?
Hold down the pronto icon on your home page until it goes to the tools page. Then tap settings and use your scroll buttons on the side of the remote to go the third page. Your current firmware version is the "application version".
2) How do you upgrade the firmware from the zip
file I downloaded V1.6.9 ?
If I remember correctly all you have to do is connect your remote to your computer, unzip the file you downloaded and run the excecutable.
3) Lastly any threads URLs you can point me to
on programming does & dont's ? I bought the guide
just thought there me be some threads better than
others.
Just look around and do searches. I've never used that guide myself, but everyone speaks very highly of it so I'm sure it's a good start.
