I basically looked for the lead-out (the large hexadecimal number) and trimmed the sequence there and adjusted the non-repeat and repeat counts accordingly.
If you want more information about the IR format, there's a document in the Pronto Files section under User Documentation that I believe is written by Barry Shaw that explains the 0000 IR format. Be forewarned that you should be familiar with binary and hexadecimal number systems to fully understand what's going on.
