Great to have you on the board! Thank you very much for joining the discussion. I did not talk to you at CEDIA; I guess I should have asked for the remote control expert! The support of Marantz on this site (as well as AVS Forum) certainly shows that the company has an interest in its customers; it's great to hear that many issues will be addressed in the next software release.
