Please post IR Data from a Learn of the Power Toggle Code and we should be able to give you more information about the code format and device ID such that you might be able to use MakeHex to generate a set of all 128/256 codes.
You might also email one of the contacts @ Hatarex UK office. Their email is on their website. Maybe you can get engineering info on the IR codeset they use in PDF or some other format.
