The Pronto Hex (that you can paste into PENG) for that command is:
900A 006D 0000 0001 50AF 3EC1
For other commands, keep the first four parts of the above and replace the last two parts with the eight digit code from Hitachi's IR code listing.
Some very old Pronto models don't support this method, but since you're using PENG, I deduce your Pronto model is new enough that this method works.
