This is beyond ridiculous, new firmware and software that is not up to snuff. They really need to do a little more reseach when they let this stuff go. I wasted a few hours last week with this crap, that is money out of my own pocket, and they don't return my freakin e-mails.

They are really pushing me to push the RTI line a little harder!
