If Pronto acknowleges that there are firmware problems, WHY DON'T THEY PULL IT FROM THEIR WEBSITE UNTIL THEY GET THE PROBLEMS FIXED?

Based on my past experiences with Philips upgrades, dating back to the TS1000 days, I decided to check these posts prior to installing the updates...
