When I plug in the Pronto the computer responds with a tone. It saw the remote for the upload. The uploaded program is in good shape with all commands and codes in tact.

I tried another 3500 and downloaded another PCF. It worked fine. I'm a little concerned about downloading the revised PCF just incase it's the cause of the problem.

The first remote is now useless. It just displays the Philips Pronto screen. How can I get it back to the point where it will accept a download? Reset doesn't work.
