Hi ,I had same problem with my 7000 !! I carefully opened it up and cleaned the contacts with a q-tip and some alcohol .... no not beer but cleanig alcohol or disinfectende alcohol ...... Read how to do that here on the site .... so have a good look around or just go for it !!! The butons work like a charm now ..... lol
