Customer is complaining that they hit a button and now the screen is permanently white snow. I believe they dropped the Pronto on the wood floor and busted something but i wanted to see if anyone may know another solution. Tommorow i will go over and try to reset the remote. If that doesnt work ill try to update the firmware to the latest. Any other suggestions.
If these things dont work I am going to inform the customer to contact Phillips directly since this doesnt appear to be a programming issue.
