ocos, no functions were canceled in NG, the NG was a totally new remote and some of the functions just got forgotten. As to how it worked in CCF based remotes, it is the same way, you have to press the same button again. Except for the Marantz remotes, the other remotes in the Pronto family (TS-1000, 2000, 6000, RAV-2000, Chad) only had one jump that occurred at the end of the macro, so it was not a problem.
