Please post the data for a learned code of Power Toggle. If it's device 71, which I think it will be, your only option is to try the functions in my CCF one-by-one with a warning that you might put your TV into a state such as service mode but you should be able to power off without doing any damage (at least on my WD62725, that's the case).
