calls from the vendor returned at this stage either (www.youprice.com.au).

As a followup to this thread, the vendor took the Pronto back and shipped me back a brand new Pronto and refunded my shipping costs to send it back to them.

The TSU7500 is working fine, now I've gotta configure it to make it mine. :)
