I found by drilling a small hole in the back cover over
the reset, it simplifies resetting for the users, specially
those that can't get that back off. Paper clip and they're
back in biz.

I did not know there was a reset buton before I saw this post.
I always pulled the battery plug.
My hang does normaly happens when learning remot or messing around testing IR.
