I have found that the way in which the remote is placed/removed
into/from the charger can greatly effect the frequency
of lockups.
It seems that often my clients will have initial lockup
problems until the get the hang of it.
I have suspected that the intermittent contact of a sloppy
remote placement or removal causes the remote to freeze
up.

When I place the remote in the charger, the blue lights come on, suggesting to me that the remote is correctly placed and charging.
Whilst the blue lights are on I can wake the remote in the charger. But if the blue lights go out (I assumed this was because the battery had fully charged) the remote will not wake. I am not removing the remote from the charger at any stage during these observations.
Will the blue lights on the charger switch off once the battery is charged?
Does a fully charged battery have something to do with it not waking?
