ok.
I have a 7500, and know the IR codes for the powering on of devices works, b/c I can test them in IR mode and it works ok. IR transmission of code is .3 seconds.

Equipment:
Toshiba DLPTV-set to IR
DirecTV H20,-set to RF set to chanel 1: id 3
Bose 123 pre-amp, set to RF channel 1: id 3

SO far my Power on/off sequence is as such:
Delay .2
Link to basement DTVH20 Power on
delay .5 sec
Link to TV Power On
delay .5 sec
Link to Bose Power On


FOr some reason the Directv will only recognize the IR command some of the time, like 30%. The code is correct.


Any ideas?
