From what I understand, the Bose 3-2-1 is an RF only device.
How do i get the TSU7500 to control my Bose?

Many of the RF BOSE systems CAN
receive IR commands!

It gets even better, The Pronto CAN
learn the commands from BOSE's RF only
remote control, but you must do something first.

If possible, enter the BOSE system setup menu
and look for an option to enable the IR/Blaster output.
With IR enabled, the BOSS will transmit the
equivalent IR commands from the front of the BOSE unit
with every key press made from its RF remote control.
It's just a matter of pointing the Pronto's learning eye
at the front panel of the BOSE unit and learning every
command that echoes out of it when you press the buttons
on the BOSE RF remote control.

NOTE, it's almost impossible to locate the IR blaster
on the front of the BOSE system unit because it's hidden
behind a very dark plastic lens. You may have to position
the Pronto's learning eye in different places in front
of the BOSE unit to find its IR blaster. You could use
a camera phone (or any video camera)to locate the IR Blaster.
Press volume down repeatedly and look for the flickering
emitter behind the lens in the camera's viewfinder.

BOSE was very smart to do this.
I'm not sure if they still have this
option in all their newer RF units.

This is based on the BOSE Lifestyle series.
It gets better all the time.
