Motorola 6400 series DVR's support the 30 second skip function which can be accessed by reprogramming one of the buttons on the original remote. I just never took the time until recently to reprogram the original remote for this function, then learning it to my Pronto. Doing a simple search online will bring up a slew of hits on how to do this such as the one here.
