The "Now Playing" category as seen from the DVD
Lobby menu is something definately worth mentioning
as well. I use this section to display only the
DVD titles I have not watched yet. (They are
accessible of course under the "All Titles" section
and given genre categories as well.) As I watch
a DVD from the "Now Playing" section I will then
go back afterward and delete that DVD cover image
button from the remote on the fly via the tools
menu. The right cursor button (directional pad)
will get you into the tools menu while in the
"Now Playing" section. If the particular movie
I just deleted was the last one for that given
letter, I also go to the A-Z page and delete the
button for that letter as well. Behind every
active button on that A-Z page I have included
the inactive version of the button. This way
the A-Z page can truly be updated on the fly via
the remote as well.
I have merged your DVD Lobby and macros with my PCF (I have 500 titles) and everything is working perfectly. My question is regarding adding future movie titles (jackets) to the All Titles and various genres...and wanting the new title to be alphabetical order. This appears to be an ongoing and daunting task. Do you have a trick you use for inserting new movie alphabetically?
