I just copy the cover images from the DVD Profiler interface and paste them into a new file in Photoshop, resize, and name by collection ID. Then I import that pic into PPENG as a button and link the appropriate changer slot macro to it. Sometimes the cover images DVD Profiler downloads are not very good though. In that case I usually just grab the cover scans from www.dvdplanet.com as their cover scans are usually of very high quality.
