After scanning the repair procedures, I have a question.

Did you perform steps 9-13 of the original procedure? These are required if glasstop is not the same size.

If there were different glasstop sizes and you did not cut the bezel, this may indeed be the reason you are failing calibration as something is keeping screen pressed on that corner.
