Thought I'd pass along some details that I've recently learned about these codes...

It's a Philips RCMM code that uses 2 bit per burst pair encoding:
0006 000a = 00
0006 0010 = 01
0006 0016 = 10
0006 001c = 11

I figured that out from looking at the lirc version, as it seemed like there were not enough bursts to account for that many bits.

lirc says Dig1 = 0x23402601 or 0x23402A01

Dig1
0000 = learned code
0073 = freq
0000 = no one time burst
0012 = 18 repeatable bits
000f 000a = lead in
0006 000a 0006 0016 = 2
0006 000a 0006 001c = 3
0006 0010 0006 000a = 4
0006 000a 0006 000a = 0
0006 000a 0006 0016 = 2
0006 0010 0006 0016 = 6 msb is toggle bit, could be A
0006 000a 0006 000a = 0
0006 000a 0006 0010 = 1
0006 0c50 = lead out

Freq = 1000000/(N * 0.241246)
0x73 = 115 => 36.044 kHz

Hope this is useful to someone,

Pete
