Sorry but I'm french customer of a Marantz RC5400 and I've got the touchscreen problem and calibration fail when I try to update the firmware...

I try to fix the problem : clean the contacts

I removed the cover and i find this :






the touch screen is welded to the printed circuit in two points !! (red circles)
The TSU3000 is also welded ??

I don't undertand the meaning of : "pry the green frame off the touchscreen" ?

I can see the four contact points on the flexible plastic but i'm not able to clean them neither the metal strips at the top and bottom of the screen

So What can I do ? Someone can help me ?
