I don't know how much this 3000 unit is worth with the
"frozen touchscreen". Yes, I do have the docking but not
the original power supply, as I live in germany. I have
a universal power supply. I don't know how bright the
backlight of a new unit is, but mine seems to be OK, no
problems to read except when the sun shines directly on
the LCD.
I guess I will look for a "cheap" 7000/980 then!
Yes go for the 7000. Much,much better remote. I can ofer you U$ 40.00, for your dead one, w/docking, let me know. I will renew it and resell down here in Brazil.
